Exercise: Standing Chest Fly

What a face I have when I’m infull training mode around 7am ! lol you gotta do what you gotta do right ? This is seriously my favorite chest move up here. It makes you look strong, and it does make you stronger! Place cables at head height, and step forward so you get maximum focus on chest. You should also bent over a bit. 12-15 reps on each side and this is perfect supersetted with dumbell flies on flat bench!

Quelle tête quand je suis en plein training à 7h du matin! lol Mais il faut ce qu’il faut non? Voici mon mouvement préféré pour la poitrine. Ca donne l’air fort, et ca rend fort! Placez les cables a hauteur de tête, et placez vous en avant pour avoir un contact maximal. Penchez vous légèrement en avant. 12-15 reps  et c’est parfait en superset avec des flies allongés!
