No meat sandwich

2 slices of whole grain bread, a soy steak with spinach and cheese, yogurt, and parnsnip cooked in a little sunflower oil, and ready to go ! Keeps you full and energized, guilt free !

2 tranches de pain de seigle complet, uj steak de soja au épinards et fromage, un yaourt, et des tranches de panais en guise de frites, le tout cuit à l’huile d’olive et c’est prêt ! Rassasiant et plein d’énergie, sans culpabilité
