Buckwheat pudding

Hi everone !  Isn’t it just perfect when it’s tuesday and your week of work still haven’t started ?  Thanks bank holidays ! Yesterday evening I cooked some buckwheat pudding for this morning. I let it cook and simmer, then let it cool overnight. And this morning, some figs and nuts were just enough to make this breakie perfect !  I really look forward to cooking some more ! Have you ever tried buckwheat ? 

Bonjour tout le monde !  C’est pas génial quand on est mardi et que la semaine de travail n’a toujours pas commencé ?  Merci les jours fériés ! Hier soir, preparation d’un pudding de kasha (sarrasin grillé), on laisse mijoter, on laisse refroidir la nuit. Et le matin, on ajoute quelques tranches de figue et des noix et c’est parti ! Hate d’en cuisiner de nouveau !  Vous avez déjà essayé le kasha ?
