Badass dinner

This weekend has certainly not been the most productive one, I barely went to the gym and enjoyed a few days of rest after a tiring work week. But, having this said, I did not stayed laying on the couch either. I’ve hung my TRX on my front door and everytime I passed by, I went for 2 sets of abs or one-leg burpees. So many little tricks to stay active! I think tomorrow would be fine to record some special moves on TRX that I really think are dope effective! And now it’s finally it’s time to eat, mixed salad with chips, bacon and eggs. What could I ask for? Have a nice sunday night peeps 🙂

Ce weekend n’a certainement pas été le plus productif, j’en ai profité pour me reposer apres une semaine crevante et je ne suis presque pas allée à la salle. Mais je ne suis pas restée affalée sur le canapé non plus! J’ai rattaché mon TRX à ma porte d’entrée et chaque fois que je passe devant, c’est deux séries d’abdos ou de burpees à une jambe.  Autant d’astuces pour rester en forme! Maintenant c’est l’heure de manger, salade avec des chips, bacon, et oeufs. Que demander de plus? Bon dimanche a vous les amis!
