Afterwork gym

Phew !  Felt alive tonight in the gym !  I did well, too many leg press, front squats, deadlifts, kickbacks, lunges and glute bridge… My glutes are sooo exhausted now !  Time for food right after with smoked salmon, salad and tomatoes, coleslaw and hummus:) a lot of healthy tasty food in just one plate! Hope you guys had an amazing day!

Et ben! On peut dire que je me suis sentie vivre ce soir à la salle! J’ai fait trop de presse, de front squats, soulevés de terre, kickbacks, fentes et glute bridge… Mes fessessont en feu! Maintenant place au dîner avecau menu, saumon fumé, salade et tomates, coleslaw et hummus 🙂 Beaucoup de nourriture saine dans une même assiette! J’espère quevous avez tous passé une super journée!
